The third edition of ShiRock was held from October 16-19, 2019 as an exclusive event of State Level Shirui Lily Festival 2019. ShiRock 2019 was a special one with Nazareth and Extreme rocking the ShiRock stage on 16th October and 19th October.

Twenty two bands from across the Northeast region competed in the ShiRock Band Competition 2019 for the Title and the prize money of Rs 10.00 lakhs. Nightmares from Sikkim was adjusted the winner of ShiRock 2019 edition.
